Meet Our Founders

Deeksha Ahuja

Deeksha Ahuja is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Encubay, a global network accelerating innovation and inclusive growth. With over a decade of experience, she has launched India’s first female-led angel network, a boutique consulting firm, and international mentoring programs in partnership with the U.S. Consulate and Fortune.

She has co-founded Cedarwood, an ed-tech platform delivering skill-based courses, and led delegations representing Indian entrepreneurs at Davos, Dubai, Singapore, and the U.S.

A St. Xavier’s alumna, Deeksha was one of 14 global women selected for the Fortune–U.S. State Department Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership. She continues to drive borderless business and inclusive entrepreneurship through platforms like Encubay and Collaborate-her.

Avneet Kohli

Avneet Kohli is the Co-Founder of StartUp Network Encubay and a Life & Business Vision Coach. From a stellar reputation in the media and entertainment industry to starting her entrepreneurial journey at a young age to overcoming entrepreneurial burnout, Avneet's diverse experiences led her into the world of startups.
Avneet’s contributions to women’s empowerment earned her the "Most Influential Woman in Women's Empowerment" award by Filmfare Middle East and recognition as Yourstory's "100 Most Promising Emerging Leaders".

Avneet leads the charge at Encubay, blending her brand strategy, marketing communications, and operational excellence to advance the mission of fostering diversity in entrepreneurship and investing.
